SSUET decides to beef up security at campus

KARACHI: The Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET) has decided to beef up security at the campus. An official of the institution said on Sunday that SSUET Chancellor ZA Nizami, in this regard, chaired a meeting. The meeting decided that an elaborate security plan for the SSUET would be chalked out in a week’s time. The Chancellor directed that all the security cameras as the Campus must be operational and that no lapse in this connection would be tolerated. It was also decided that no student without uniform would be allowed entry into the campus and that the faculty and the employees would also have to carry and display identification card. app
