Karachi: 16 Aug: Institute Administration Karachi has announced admissions in short courses of Corporate & Investment Banking.
The aim of the course is to introduce the participants to the various facets of Corporate & Investment Banking. The course shall traverse through the variety of Products and Services being offered by Corporate Banking, to relationship management, transaction banking and credit analysis. It shall cover in detail the 3 broad areas of specialization in Investment Banking; Syndications & Debt Capital Markets, Project and Structured Finance and Equity & Advisory (including Mergers and Acquisitions). This includes: Secondary Markets (trading in the stock markets), Primary Markets (listing regulations, pricing of Equity and Term Finance Certificates for the Initial Public Offers), Financial Innovation, the concept and the basic building block of Financial Engineering, Funds Management, and the Regulatory Framework governing the Corporate & Investment banking industry.

Corporates & Investment Banking. He is quite well
Known both amongst leading corporates as well as in the banking
circle, and particularly in the area of Investment Banking. Asif holds
MBA and BBA degrees from IBA, Karachi and is a Gold medalist
of Institute of Bankers Pakistan. Besides being an active Rotarian,
he is also member, Sindh Board of Investment, member,
Board of Trustees IBA, and Director on the Board of a few companies.
He is also serving as Visiting Faculty at IBA, Karachi.
